Where it sits on caffeine
At 75 mg of caffeine content, SHRED is the lowest-stimulant caffeinated patch VYROTECH makes — about half of DRIVE. Green tea extract also contributes a small amount of caffeine.
What L-carnitine is
An amino acid derivative widely used in sports supplements. Evidence for supplemental L-carnitine is mixed and mostly comes from oral studies, not patches, so treat any strong claim about it with caution.
Wear it on a training day
SHRED is designed for a single patch on clean, dry skin, worn up to eight hours, and applied no later than mid-afternoon because of the caffeine.
