How long does each patch last?

Each patch is formulated for a single wear session. We recommend applying one patch and wearing it for up to 8 hours, then removing it. Do not re-use a patch once it has been removed. The exact experience can vary from person to person depending on skin type, activity level and placement.

How do I apply a Vyrotech patch?

Start with clean, dry skin. Peel the backing away, place the patch on a relatively hair-free area — such as the upper arm, shoulder, inner forearm or lower back — and press down firmly for 20–30 seconds so the edges stick. Avoid applying over broken or irritated skin. Wash your hands after application and after removal.

Where is the best place to wear a patch?

Choose a flat, clean area with good contact. Common spots are the upper arm, shoulder blade, inner forearm or lower back. Rotate placement if you wear patches regularly, and avoid the same spot day after day to reduce skin irritation.

The patches are designed to stay in place during light sweat and normal movement. We do not recommend wearing them in the shower, sauna or while swimming, as prolonged water exposure can loosen the adhesive and affect performance.
