FITNESS PATCHES

Fitness patch is a use-case term rather than a formula type. It describes how people build a patch routine around a training week rather than around a single product.

In practice that means matching the patch to the day. A heavy session gets IGNITE beforehand. A long or hot session gets HYDRATE+ alongside your water. Strength blocks run CREATINE+ daily. Desk-heavy days that end in a session use DRIVE. Fat-loss phases use SHRED.

The reason format matters more here than in any other category is bags. Gym bags collect tubs, scoops, shakers and half-finished bottles. A sheet of patches does not leak, does not need washing and does not need water.

One rule holds across the whole week: never stack two caffeine-containing patches, and count coffee toward the total.

THE RANGE

WHAT TO LOOK FOR

One patch at a time

A weekly routine should still only ever have one patch on the skin at once. Rotate sites daily.

Formulas that do not overlap on caffeine

Check the caffeine figure on every patch you rotate through so you never double up unintentionally.

Wear windows that suit your schedule

Pre-workout formats are shorter-wear; daily formats are longer. Match them to when you actually train.

Skin site rotation

Repeatedly applying to the same patch of skin is the most common cause of irritation. Move it.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Can I wear more than one patch a day?
Use one patch at a time. Do not exceed one patch in any 24-hour period per formula, and never combine two caffeine-containing patches.
Which patch should I use on rest days?
Rest days typically suit CREATINE+ or HYDRATE+ rather than a caffeine formula, though this is a matter of personal routine rather than a rule.
Do the patches stay on during training?
Apply to clean, dry, hair-free skin and press firmly for 10 to 15 seconds. Upper arm and shoulder hold best through a session.
