INGREDIENT
VITAMIN B6 (PYRIDOXINE HYDROCHLORIDE)
Pyridoxine HCl · CAS 58-56-0
A water-soluble B vitamin involved in amino acid metabolism, included at low milligram levels across the VYROTECH range.
WHAT IT IS
Vitamin B6 is a water-soluble vitamin that exists in several forms. Pyridoxine hydrochloride is the stable salt form used in most supplements.
In the body, B6 acts as a cofactor in a large number of enzymatic reactions, particularly those involving amino acids.
WHY FORMULAS USE IT
- Because B6 is a cofactor in amino acid metabolism, it is a conventional companion ingredient in formulas built around amino acids.
- It is required only in small milligram amounts, which suits a format with limited physical capacity.
WHAT THE EVIDENCE COVERS
The role of vitamin B6 in human nutrition is well established through dietary science. That is a statement about nutrition, not about any patch.
VYROTECH does not claim its patches deliver a nutritionally meaningful amount of vitamin B6 through the skin.
CONTENT IS NOT ABSORPTION
Vitamin B6 in a patch is present as a formulation ingredient. Do not read the milligram figure as a dietary intake figure.
Nutrient intake and skin-contact exposure are not interchangeable measures.
LIMITATIONS & CAUTIONS
- • High long-term oral intakes of vitamin B6 are not advisable; if you already take a B-complex or multivitamin, factor that in.
- • For adults 18+. Not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
